Title: Ww2 Tracer Card
Post by: raewebb1990 on Monday 15 April 24 18:37 BST (UK)
Hi there,

Have just discovered my Granddad's tracer card and trying to decipher what it all means, any help much appreciated please  :)

In particular, I'm wondering what is meant by 'Blif' or 'Bly' (perhaps a location)

Thank you

Hello,

Not the world's leading expert but I think that your abbreviations are "Bty" as in Artillery Battery.

This link provides an example on how to "read" a WW2 Royal Artillery tracer card.
