Title: India genealogy- Muriel Irene Kohli

My 1st cousin 2 x removed Muriel Irene Adams born 1904 married a Nand Lal Kohli. He came to England then Scotland as a dental student. 
Nand was born about 1901. They married on 9th Jan 1928 and had 2 daughters Leela and Vidya born 1928 and 1929.
Nand went to India via Sri Lanka on 26 April 1930 and Muriel and the girls followed 23 Sept 1930, same route.
I would love to find out what happened to them if possible. Any points in the right direction would be great.

Muriel died in India on 1 December 1934 (Announcement in Stratford-upon-Avon Herald, 4 January 1935, page 8).

Even though she was married to an Indian, Muriel would have been classed as 'European' as well as British, so there will probably be British records of her, up until 1947 her death. I would start here: https://search.fibis.org/bin/index.php
