Post by: chris2024 on Saturday 30 March 24 10:53 GMT (UK)
hi,
we have several cemeteries in my town, bridgwater , GB .
one is called wembdon road, and has its own website.
with a team of 5 of us , we carry out some maintenance work, voluntary .
we prune tree branches, cut overgrown plants, dig weeds and tidy.
the council eventually cut down dead trees.
within this cemetery are there are approx. 16000 graves i think.
some of the names are;
Browne , including captain George brown who was alongside admiral lord Nelson .
spillers which is linked to the original dog food/ biscuit company.
