Hello,

I have found the birth and death records of François Auguste Defrance, another relative who died at a young age.

Could I have a transcription/translation of these records.

Le dix huit mars mil sept cent soixante dix sept est né en légitime mariage et a été baptisé le lendemain en cette eglise françois auguste fils de jean defrance et de françoise dela marre, il a eu pour parein françois auguste cadot et pour mareinne marie jeanne lefevre en foÿ de quoÿ jaÿ signé ave le parain, la marreine ne sachant écrire de ce interpellé à nelette dix neuf mars de l’année susditte.

Translation of birth:

On the eighteenth of March, seventeen hundred and seventy-seven, was born in wedlock and was baptised the following day in this church, François Auguste, son of Jean Defrance and  Françoise Dela Marre. He had for godfather François Auguste Cadot and for godmother Marie Jeanne Lefevre. In faith of which I have signed with the godfather, the godmother being unable to write, as attested to at Neslette on the nineteenth of March of the aforementioned year.

Have to head out for a few hours but will look at the death on my return. There are few names I'll have to research as thy're not very clear. Looks as though he died in the house of Firmin Halet?

paroisse de S(ain)t Denis de Blangy** ou il servoit en
qualité de domestique, Francois Auguste Defrance
agé de quinse ans fils de Jean Defrance et
de Francoise Delamarre, et a ete inhumé
dans le cimetiere de cette paroisse par moy
sousigné en presence de Louis Defrance son frere,
et de Benjamin Robbe son beaufrere qui
ont signes avec moy les jour et an que dessus.

François Auguste Defrance, 15 years old, son of Jean Defrance & Françoise Delamarre, passed away on 23rd of April at the home of Firmin Halet, farmer in Grébault-Mesnil, parish of Saint-Denis de Blangy-sur-Bresle.
François worked there as a domestic helper.
He was buried at the churchyard of Neslette in the presence of his brother Louis & his brother-in-law Benjamin Robbe.
