Le onze janvier 1760 est morte marie anne defrance age’e d’environ vint trois ans a ete’ inhume’e le douze du present mois dans le cimetiere de l’eglise de saint martin de nelette par moi cure’ en presence des temoins qui on signe’s le present acte avec moi a nelette les iour et an susdits.

Translation:

On the eleventh of January 1760, Marie Anne Defrance, aged about twenty-three years, passed away. She was buried on the twelfth of the current month in the cemetery of the church of Saint Martin de Neslette by me, the parish priest, in the presence of witnesses who have signed this act with me at Neslette on the aforementioned day and year.
