Title: Occupants of Holyhead Address 1925
Post by: bronnie on Wednesday 13 March 24 14:24 GMT (UK)
As per the title, I’d like to find out who lived at a specific address in Holyhead in or around 1925. My grandmother gave the address on her marriage certificate, but she lived in Birkenhead. Is this kind of look up permitted, please?

How old was she at the time?  It could be she was in service somewhere.

Is there an occupation for her on the marriage?

Thanks, I just wanted to check it was ok to ask for this type of info first.

It was 23 Newry Street, Holyhead. My grandmother was born and lived in Birkenhead then Liverpool, but her parents were born in Holyhead originally and she married in the Tabor Chapel, Valley, so I assume the occupants would have been family, details of which would help my research!  The marriage was 1925.

Thank you.

Ah thank you. Her parents’ names. Most likely them. They were in Birkenhead in 1911, they must have returned back home. Thank you 😊
