Title: RAOB Stafford District

I'm restoring and colouring an elderly photo for someone and I need to know the colours of the uniform/regalia the man's wearing.

His gauntlets/cuffs, apron and sash look quite light, so I'm thinking they may be light blue but I can't find any ref for the Stafford District.

Please can anybody help?

I did look at Google images and I get the impression that blue features in the clothes worn.
