Hoping this image can be sharpened please for inclusion in a small family publication. Thank you, Jennifer

Starter for you:

Had a go using AI face recognition. This can sometimes look very fake but I think it has worked ok here. The pipe (is it a pipe?) has created confusion but I think that could be cleaned up with more work.

Thank you all! Much nicer now. I hoped that someone would have the skills. Can see the eyes and the top of his head. One of the family members is interested in tracking whether the receding hairline is a family characteristic. Jennifer

Late try from me, regards, John.

Wow, I have sent them all to the person compiling the publication and she is most impressed, as am I! Volunteers on Rootschat in the dim, dark past have also colourised family photos for me. Not appropriate in this instance because of the poor image quality but getting that extra detail very valuable for us. Again, thank you all.

Another one for the collection. :)

Thank you - she will be spoiled for choice. Seeing the different results has been educational. J

Are any of you interested in an even more challenging one?
-
Jennifer, I'm sure most of us would be; the board has been pretty quiet lately and we need a regular "fix". :)
Just make sure you start a new topic for it, so that people don't ignore it, thinking it's a continuation of this one.
Cheers,
Peter

Thank you. I will do that. Jennifer

One painted, John.

That is fantastic! I have watched this ancestor come to life through the work you folk are doing. Jennifer

I decided to try it too.

Brilliant, you got rid of whatever it was on the fence behind him! Many thanks. Jennifer
