Fresh eyes needed !

I’m trying to find the marriage    record for a Thomas Derrington to an Eliza

Children baptized as follows :

Ann 1 Jan 1787 Feckenham
child unknown 23 aug 1789 Feckenham
thomas 9 Nov 1792 Feckenham
And Sarah 5 July 1794 Feckenham

The mother of the children you have listed is shown as Elizth (Elizabeth), only the un-named child has a mother stated as Eliza.
Thomas Derrington of Stoke Prior married Betty (diminutive of Elizabeth) Leeke of St Peter’s, Droitwich at Stoke Prior on 30 December 1780. They had two children Elizabeth Derington christened 3 February 1782 and Richard Derington christened 22 February 1784. The parents named as Thomas and Elizabeth. It seems that the family then moved about 6 miles to Feckenham where the children you have identified were christened.
