I was wondering if anyone could please take a photo of a record at the West Yorkshire Archive Service?
There are letters from my 3x grandmother sent from New Zealand back to her family in Yorkshire.
I am happy to do research in Auckland, New Zealand as a thank you :)
Kind Regards
Belinda

Can you include details of dates and also what kind of record is held at the Archives

Hi Belindy
Its seems a reasonable request being you live the other side of the world - but unless a rootchat member who happens to be visiting a WYAS archive -who would be willing or have time to look up and photo your information, photo the documents and pay out the day photography permit charge to use their camera of phone camera. then you may be lucky
To be honest
If a rootschat member has go specially to the archives for your info photograph, then ? they have pay out the day photography permit charge also has to pay for travel to the archive (WYAS) and pay out for food (café), and parking fee for car parking their car or bus fare- its very doubtful ? if any member of rootschat would incur such charges.
pay out the day photography permit charge

The (WYAS) archive may photo the document for a nominal charge combined photo and post charge to New Zealand
