Title: how to find/order a death cert

Hello,

please can someone tell me how I might order a death cert for someone who died probably early 2000s?
I know their name, but not their address - that actually is what I am hoping to find out.

yes, I have thank you, actually it's 2014, I wasn't sure of the year.
