Title: Archives NZ
Post by: Suzy W on Wednesday 10 January 24 22:16 GMT (UK)
I seem to be having issues with this site, I log in, go to search then the page goes black.  I try to search in other fields and it still won't give me access.
Anyone else having issues?  It was like this before Christmas for me as well

I haven’t had any trouble.
(I don’t bother to log in with my RealMe, but just go straight to the search)

Even having issues with straight search.
Never liked this site after they had to go and change it.

NO problems with accessing Archives NZ site lately.

But I agree ... it's a truly awful site to use since the re-jig !!!   ::)  ;D )

The search box would not show up for me at all about six weeks ago so I used the contact form on the website and the webmaster there was very helpful.

Turns out that the site did not like one of the extensons I have for my browser, an adblocker, which I just leave activated most of the time. Not sure why it was that as they do not have adverts on their website anyway. When I disabled it just for Archives everything worked fine.

If you have any extensions or add-ons, try disabling them for the Archives site and see if that works.
