It means a hard mass often a complication of cancer,also in castration a complication.
The castration ,perhaps due to cancer of the testicles.

P.S.This lady of course would not have been treated for cancer of the testicles,so a hard mass from another cancer perhaps.V.

I did say the patient was female so would not be castrated because of testicular cancer.
