Post by: denrosh on Tuesday 12 December 23 14:13 GMT (UK)
Looking for help in the Toronto area of Canada.  My aunt Winifred Rosher from Suffolk married Ralph Link who died 1939.  She married again in Toronto to a chap called Simpson but I have no more details of where and when.  I know she died 1978. Can anyone help and I would also like to contact the later family as she had 6 children with Ralph.  Any asssist much appreciated.

Many thanks to the replies I have had regarding Winifred Link.  She did well in Canada because she was a Home Child sent out ona ship in 1912 a couple of months after the Titanic went down.  About 120 Barnardo's children also on the ship.  Her mother - my paternal grandmother - died in London in 1904 and with other family members lived in Ipswich orphanage.  Don't we have easier lives now.
Best wishes to all for the information.
