Hi this is from the Parish of All Saints in Headley, Hamp. - 1795
Could you guys confirm this entry would indicate Elizabeth was born out of Wedlock?

That would be my interpretation.
I think that's why they are mentioning that they also receive parish aid. Maybe because there was some effort to get money from the father. That was quite common I believe.
