When and where looks like Murrurundi (Upper Hunter area of NSW). Still working on native place.  :)

Modified to add:
There is a Kickabil in NSW (near Dubbo), but I'm not sure that's what is written.  :-\

Upper Hunter fits with some of the family.  Also Kickabil near Dubbo family was around there.
