Marie Lloyd was a music hall singer and performer and is said to have written a biography called "Marie Lloyd's Blue Book." One of the people on my family tree wrote the lyrics to the songs she performed.
A copy was reviewed by the periodical The Era in 1896 but a copy of the book has never been seen according to The British Music Hall book
https://www.google.com/books/edition/British_Music_Hall/ruWwBAAAQBAJ?hl=en&gbpv=1&dq=marie+lloyd+%22blue+book%22&pg=PA32&printsec=frontcover
The only chance at finding information about this book is by searching the Stationer's Register.
Any other ideas for locating this missing book?

There is this 'For Sale" advert in the South Wales Echo 3 July 1896

Have you tried the British Library for more info. I think they are supposed to get a copy of all books published.
