Can emigration records be viewed anywhere as I am trying to trace relatives who sailed from Scotland to Australia.

For Emigration records, passenger lists departing UK might be useful (1890-1960ish).
For Immigration records you will need Australian records.

Thankyou. Where would I access records of family leaving Scotland in 1913?
