Hello, Am hoping someone may be able to point me in the right direction , i am looking for a marriage between Charles Logan and Catherine McGillin , their daughter was born in 1852 so am presuming its before then , only other clue is that they possibly stayed in Omagh , thanks in advance

What is the name of the daughter and the religion of this family - do you have her baptism ?
The parish she was born in would usually be a good place to start a search for a possible marriage of her parents.

Hello , Their daughter was called Jane Logan ,she was born in 1852 ,i think they may have been Church of Ireland ,but not completely sure of that , thanks

Statutory marriage registration started in Ireland in April 1845 for all denominations except RC (1864). The records are on-line on the irishgenalogy site. No sign of this marriage. So they may have married pre April 1845, in which case you need to search individual church records. Tradition was to marry in the bride’s church, after which she’d attend her husband’s, so the marriage and children’s baptisms may not be in the same church.
Most complete collection of church records for the Omagh area is in PRONI in Belfast. Personal visit required to view them. This link explains what records exist, parish by parish:
