Title: Death certificate decipher H White 1884

Hi all

I would like some help in deciphering the attached death certificate

Henry White aged 35 Carriers clerk I am sure
Rest I would like  some help with
death 17 May 1884 I think
where - address has me guessing
Cause of death I cannot get at all
Death registered by sister? name?  S E White? I think? same address I think not much clearer.
Date registered nineteenth May 1884?

Henry White   Male   35 years   Carriers Clerk

Phthisis certified by R Heathcote MRCS

S E White  sister  present at death   10 Aspley Square, Ardwick

Just a small addition to tellx's excellent work. Last column: J E Hallsworth Registrar. (And I think Aspley should be Apsley.)

apologies - yes it should be APSLEY not aspley. (guess the surname I was working on earlier lol)
