I am looking for birth details for John Baines born 1877 in Halifax. In 1911 he was living at 28 Howard Road, Dartford with his wife Millie Baines and two children Ruth & John. Cannot find any marriage details, Millie is Millicent Fox and children were registered as Fox. John died in accident in 1913 in Sheffield.

Why omit information?
Allegedly wed 6 years, kids are 5y and 3 years, millie is from the London area.

If the births of the children are indexed ( not registered) only under the mother's surname of FOX then the parents are not going to be married.

John Baines was buried at Burngreave, 6 Dec 1913. Rigger, age 36. Buried in consecrated ground.

Interestingly, Millie married as Millicent S Fox in 1914 (West Ham) to Frederick J Savill, but they are separated by 1921, and Millie's 2 children as recorded as John and Ruth Fox vi Baines.
