Is there anyone our there who would like to hazard a guess at the possible date of this (photo of a) watercolour painting please?
The farm itself was demolished sometime in the early 1900s, so not within living memory of anyone in the village, but a local friend has unearthed this painting of it.
The outfit of the man in the photo may give some clues as to when the original might have been painted, but it needs an expert eye for fashion (which I don't have!!)
I have a photo of the farmer from around 1901 outside the barn in my collection. Photos attached plus a higher res detail of the figures.
TIA for anyone with any ideas!!

At a guess given the level of detail, 18th century dress, thinking of something like this:

Not sure what boundaries might apply though, possibly very broad and into the next century 1750-1830.

Thank you japeflakes - it certainly is!

Thank you still_looking. Yes, I think we'll never be able to narrow it down with any certainly, but much appreciate your observations on the detail and for the V&A link!
