Title: Chesterfield explosives factory
Post by: harlor on Wednesday 06 September 23 19:56 BST (UK)
Hi All
Has anybody got any information or ideas abot an explosives factory that was situated at the top of Nelson Street on the land which is now the Peveril estate. I think it was going around 1900s as my great aunt worked there.
Many thanks   Harry

Is it the "Electric Shot Firing Works" shown on this 1914 map?
