Hi
I have a new match on MyHeritage with the largest segment of 62.1cM. I have worked out the link that fits with an in-common-with match, which I have also found the link for. However, this new link does not have a chromosome browser in the details of the match and doesn't show as an option to include in a one-to-many on the chromosome match tool.
Has anyone else come across this before? I'm wondering if the match has opted out of something. I would really like to know which segments this match matches me on.

If the segments are not showing in the match's details then they've probably unticked the box that says:
Allow DNA Matches to view shared DNA segments and download shared DNA segment info
It's in the privacy settings.

Thank you, that must be what it is. I'll try contacting her and ask if she is willing to untick that box. Mary
