Robert Fevrier b.1692d.1770 is my 5x great grand father. He was married to Sarah Kerridge on the 3rd October 1718. So far I have found they had four children, Elizabeth b. 27/12/1726
Sarah b.9/11/1719 ,Mary b.18/12/1721 Francis Christened25/4/1730.
I am trying to find out who Robert's parents were.
I have found a Robert Fevrier who married Magdeleine Gibouin on the ist July 1677 in Le Douhet a' Saintes, Charente-Maritime, France.
I am hoping that one of you kind people could do some searching for me, Thanking you in advance

Were was Robert  (1692) born? England?

Family search has the couple Fevrier Gibouin :
https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:2HJ6-FKN
but there is no evidence that they are your Robert's parents.

ADDED: were they catholics or protestants?

Great find pbdevon!

Unfortunately the child who was baptized 23 nov 1660 in Brandonvillers was a girl called Françoise, father Anthoine Febvrier , mother Anthoinette Vavray  , godfather ..., godmother Fançoise ...

Moral is….question everything (especially other people’s trees!).

Hi pbdevon, the tree you found on GR is mine, and yes there is a mistake in the parentage of Francis Fevrier b.1660. It has been a big up hill struggle. I have been told by family (now deceased) that our family originated from France but that is all I know. I guess i will have to end my search with Francis and be happy with how far I got with it. I will go onto GR and delete Antoine and his wife.
Thank you for all your help
