Hello, I would like some help with my 5 g grandfather, he is Isaac Tolhurst b 1746 Cranbrook Kent, I know he’s father is John Tolhurst and he’s mother is Elizabeth Pett 1706 BUT I don’t think I’ve got her parents correct,
They’re either
Richard Pett & Elizabeth Longley OR
Thomas Pett & Ann Evernden
Any help with searching would be amazing

The only Elizabeth with parents Thomas & Ann that I can find on Find My Past is the one born in 1710
Baptised on 6 November 1710 at Maker, Cornwall, parents Thomas Pet and Ann.

Freereg has the following:-
Eliz Pett baptised on 1 May 1709 at St. Mary the Virgin, Goudhurst, Kent, parents John and Eliz Pett.
Perhaps a more likely one?

A couple of others also in Kent.
Chatham, St Mary the Virgin
Baptism date 19 Jan 1710/11
Elizabeth, parents Peter and Elizabeth Pett
The above appears to be repeated with a baptism date of 15 July 1715. Same parents.

b 10 jul 1706

Well the one you have is most likely to be the correct one as the others I gave you are not in Cranbrook, Kent.
All you can do is note the one you have and perhaps consider trying to find baptisms for Cranbrook, Kent in the relevant time period.
When you go this far back it can be difficult to be positive that you have the correct record. The best that can be done is note what can be found in the relevant area and time period.
