Hi . I'm looking for any information on a James h elphick.  He married Mary Hugh's on anglelsey in 1946.
I'm not sure when he was born or where . Sorry 🤦‍♀️
Any help would be great x

Start by search of BMDs for candidate men.
Search 1939 register.

Statistically, your groom would most likely be 4-5 years older than the bride, so use that as a basis for dates and expand search from there

I can't find any evidence of who his parents were. Two possible sisters but both died as babies.
This explains how to order the birth certificate.
