Title: Rosa and Thomas Boulton - Australia 1951

Hi,

My great Aunt and Uncle, Rosa Boulton and Thomas W Boulton, sailed to Australia from Liverpool in 1951. They did not keep contact with my part of the family, reason unknown to me as I was born two decades later. A relative says Tom passed away in Rockhampton in 2004, but that has not been proven. How easy and expensive would it cost to get a death cert?

I would love to know how they got on in their new life in Australia.

Rosa was born in 1916

Tom was born in 1912

There is a family tree with that death on.  You could contact the tree owner to see if they have more information.

Death for Rosa is given as 1963 Glenhaven Sydney and burial Northern Suburbs Crematorium Sydney so more information on her it seems.

Note on Find a Grave website for her says "w/Tom"  could be "wife of" if he was still alive.

Sorry I don't know about getting certificates from Australia.

Queensland deaths that occurred less than 30 years ago are closed records.

Formerly of Thozet Road, North Rockhampton.
Passed away on Saturday December 2 2006. Aged 94 years.
Beloved husband of Shirley. Privately cremated.
