Hello,
I am looking for the birthplace of Manfred Othmer born 25.1940 in Germany.
His parents were Ernst Othmer, sorry I don't know his date of birth, and Hildegard Frieda Geppert born on 3 February 1921, Korsenz.
His parents were married in Datteln on 26.3.1940 and Divorced on  28.10.1948, the decree issued at Hannover.

Germany privacy laws protect birth records for 110 years. 1913 to 2023
So youŽll find nothing online.
If they married in Dattel 1940, then it is more than likely that he was born there
