Using the link given above - click on Forum & select register
It says an activation key will be sent to your email address but it has to be activated within one day.
Did you check your spam folder when the last email failed to arrive? If you fail to activate the link - I presume registration fails?

Sorry, I can't check the burials for GOULDING at Arlingham at the moment, on the Forest of Dean website.
Had a very quick look and there are GOLDING/GOULDING burials at Arlingham. When searching use the Soundex as surnames vary in spelling.
Whom are you researching?

There are 45 WELLAVISE on the Forest of Dean records at Arlingham
(Using the SOUNDEX, the surname is also spelt: WELLAVIZE)
----
Again on the same website: Under the Resources Heading, are
Gloucestershire Marriage Licence Allegations: 1637-1837
and Marriage Bonds 1730-1823
Checking on these, there are 12 18th century records for WELLAVIZE/WELLAVISE/WELLOVISE - not in Arlingham, but up and down the Severn, i.e. Tewkesbury etc.
Also GOLDING - two from Arlingham
Hannah GOLDING - 15 December 1768 (two records)
John GOLDING : 14 February 1800 (two records) John is aged 20and a labourer and his father is listed as Thomas GOLDING.
---
The licences and marriage allegations - often give ages - and occupations, unlike earlier parish records.
Again when searching use the Soundex, I use this symbol % )

Had a quick look at British Newspapers on Line
This one from South Wales Daily News
Monday 20 September 1875
DISTRESSING CASE OF DROWNING AT NEWNHAM
On Saturday morning, about eleven o'clock, three brothers, named GOLDING of ARLINGHAM, were returning up the Severn from Bulo, in a small low boat, belong to Mr Markey of ARLINGHAM, and laden with 4 tons of coal, bound from home, when, from some cause - supposed to be over-loading - she capsized, and three men being precipitated into the water.
The elder brother proved a good swimmer, and he, with great presence of mine, immediately secured the oars belong to the boat, and threw them to his next brother, telling him to support himself until assistance arrived.
He obeyed, and was thus supported until picked up.
The deceased, William GOLDING, who was only thirteen years of age, struggled very hard to save himself, and for a short time buoyed himself up by putting his arms round his elder brother's neck, but the latter was unable to swim with this encumberance, was obliged to cast the poor boy off, and he sank.
The Newnham ferry boat went to the assistance, and picked up the other two. The body of the drowned lad was recovered in the evening, and taken to the boy's home, and the boat and part of the coal were afterwards dug out of the sand.

My great grandmother was Nesta Frances Wellavize, born 1885 at Arlingham. Louisa Goulding, 1848 -1919 was her mother. Would love to hear from anyone with information of anyone in this family.
