Hey Everyone,
My great grandfather's brother was Serghis Liozou Serghe born on January 5, 1912 in Kato Drys, Cyprus. He was married to Laura Norker who was born on June 19, 1912 in England. Serghis moved to England around sometime prior to 1938.
Serghis has an attestation for the Royal Artillery in 1940 attached below. However, I cannot get anything else about his service. Anyone have any recommendations?
Also, I have another document relating to him attached but do not have a clearer photo of it.
It would mean a lot if someone could help. Thank you so much!

You have not attached an image below.
It appears you have attached his attestation form as an avatar which cannot be enlarged to view.
Just click on the 'Attachments and other options' button (in blue with a white arrow in a red circle) under the reply/conversation box? That is how you add an image to your post.
Good luck!

Hi and welcome to Rootschat. You will need to rename the file if you want to repost as the file has already been added to your profile picture. The file size should be just below 500kbs.
Just shout if you have any problems.

"HAA/S" is a bit of a mystery. The HAA part is Heavy Anti Aircraft. Not sure about the S.
"DLI" is Durham Light Infantry.

Thanks so much for taking the time to give me the information. :)
