Title: DoB & Job deciphering
Post by: millofski on Tuesday 25 April 23 17:13 BST (UK)
Hi,

Am trying to work out the exact Date of Birth for what would be my 2x great-grandfather.  Can make out August 1860 but can't make out the exact date - hopefully birth certificate is attached.  Also,  trying to make out what the occupation of his father is, can't seem to read it properly.

Many thanks,

Oli

So do I!  On both counts - 5th and Coachman.

Another vote for "fifth" and "coachman".  :D

Henry and Catherine BRACE and family are on the 1861 census at Ston Easton. His occupation is coachman.
