Could anyone help translate this please? It's a will (or at least the administration) from 1723. It is for Thomas Jerom and I think it mentions his brother, but is the name William?

5 August 1723
On which day administration of all and singular the goods, rights and credits of Thomas Jerom, who died intestate, lately whilst he lived of Godshill in the Isle of Wight and county of Southampton, was granted to William Jerom, the natural brother of the said deceased.

That's brilliant, thank you very much.
