Is anyone having a problem with signing in to Find My Past? ???
It looks as though they have been 're-designing' their website and I now cannot sign in. I am using the correct email and password but it keeps claiming that one or the other is incorrect.
I have sent a message to FindMyPast and also ran a CCleaner in case that made a difference, but it didn't.

I don't understand why FindMyPast have to keep fiddling with their website. It was fine before! I'll try what you suggest and see what happens.

That's sorted then. Re-set my password and all is well.
Thanks for suggesting that Rosie. Saves waiting for a reply from FindMyPast now.

I had a problem with logging in at the weekend so I contacted customer services and they said there had been a server problem and some passwords had been corrupted. The fix suggested was to do a reset, as earlier posters have done.
Update. Here is the text of the FindMyPast response I received:I am sorry to learn that you have been unable to log into your account. We had a site outage several days ago that has affected a number of customer accounts meaning that you can no longer log in with your existing passwords.
Unfortunately, the only way to fix this is to reset the password. Once done you should no longer have an issue

Another one who is joining you in resetting a password. :)

Had a similar problem a couple of weeks ago. Eventually resolved by resetting password, but only after a struggle as the new password was not recognised.
OK now. rj

Glad it wasn't just me - I also had to reset my password.

Thank you for posting. I had the same problem a couple of days. I had to reset my password. I had been using the original password for years.

I had to change my password too. It’s when you have to click on the ‘ forgotten password ‘ thing and you think but no I haven’t forgotten my password , I know it’s correct! So I had to change mine. Hey ho.
-
Me too ! Since I reset my password it's ok but every now and then I have to login afresh whereas I always stayed logged in before.
-
I keep having to login afresh as well every day.
