Have you checked to see if she passed away before 1861?

How is her name registered at birth?

There's an RC baptism in Stourbridge (Our Lady and All Saints)  For Anna Moran born 2/12/1842, baptised 1/1/1843. Parents Patrick and Helena.

She's with her widowed mother Ellen and family (as Ann Moran) in Stourbridge in the 1861 census.
