I am hoping someone can help me with this will. Here is what I think it says but there are some gaps:

passior – error for passion ? (usual wording is ‘merits and passion’)

The parish, presumably Clyffe Pypard, is here written Cleve piper
The p in pish has a horizontal stroke through it, indicating p(ar)ish
