Hi Megan
I'm looking for information about Charles McIntosh (various spellings). He arrived Ellis Island 28th August 1910. He was going to live with friends in Brooklyn. He was born in 1886 in either Rutherglen or Hamilton, both near Glasgow Scotland. He was single and a steel worker.
Any info would be gratefully appreciated
Many thanks
Fiona

Hi Megan, First of all I thank you for this offer. I am trying to find one of my "brick walls" A Henry Burrell,, born in Ireland around 1872. I think he went to the U.S. about 1885 - to New York and sometime after that to New Jersey. Returned to Ireland and served in WW1. Returned to New Jersey in 1919. The last address in have in 147 South Street, Newark, N.J. In 1919 he went to somewhere called Hackensack ?. I don't know for how long. I was wondering whether he would show up on census or anything over there.
Many many thanks for any assistance. Jean
