Title: Presbyterian records for Wrexham area late 19th century, early 20th century
Post by: linda25g on Saturday 11 March 23 11:09 GMT (UK)
Good Morning

I'm researching a family including a Robert Roberts born 1894, he states Presbyterian in his WW1 sign up papers and he married in the Presbyterian church on King Street in 1917 (also from WW1 records)

I can't find a baptism record for him or his siblings and not sure where to start looking for Presbyterian records from that time, if there are any. I have contacted NEWA but they don't have them in Ruthin

Thanks for any help

They said that they didn't have any baptism records, I think these are minutes from Church meetings maybe?

It would be worth chasing up the ones in the Nat Library and/or e-mailing the church itself.

Links given in my previous posts.
