Title: Fleet Air Arm
Post by: EllaLees on Saturday 18 February 23 03:37 GMT (UK)
Hi,

I am looking for records of Lawrence Leaf who served in the Fleet Air Arm (R/N), AM/A, Service # FX585949, Date of Discharge was 9th June 1946. He was born in Castleton, Rochdale, England on the 5th of October 1916.

The problem is I have no idea where they are located or how to request them. Is there anyone who knows?

Thanks
Ella

You can apply to the MoD for a copy of his service records.

You'll need to supply:

- his full name
- his date of birth
- his service number, if you know it
- his death certificate

After 1 April, applications will be free. Before then there is a £30 fee
