Moyer (?) parish of Tamlaghtfinlagan
and the next one is;
Boveva pa-
rish of Boveva

Thank you, you do seem to be close... I found this list of places within the Tamlaght Finlagan parish and found both a Moys and a Moys town..

If the first residence was Moys, it's not in the civil parish of Tamlaght Finlagan but in the civil parish of Carrick. It is adjacent to the townland of Magheramore (to the west) which is in Tamlaght Finlagan CP.
