21 July 1832 - Nottingham and Newark Mercury - Nottingham. & other papers

Henry Lomas age 25 for embezzling from his master John Tebbutt several small sums of money and having been previously convicted of felony 7 years [transportation]

It’s as if he was trying hard to be transported, there are several court appearances up to that date and he has stolen from John Tebbutt before, and been in prison for same, John Tebbutt “kindly“ took him back hoping he had reformed.

Added, age 25 so born about 1807.  And that is what convict records I can see have too.  Where are you seeing 1815?

Marriage cert details?
Death cert details?
Names of children.

Source of Wollaton and dob?

In 1841 isn’t he likely to be the male servant in St Marylebone age 25 (rounded down) born out of county.

This is the baptism for the Henry b in Wollaton:

1815 10 08   Henry   LOMAS     WOLLATON St Leonards
Father Ralph, labourer
Mother Sarah

However, there is a burial for Henry Lomas in Wollaton in 1871, given age 56, so I think that's likely to be this Henry, thereby ruling him out as the transportee.
