Title: Townland near Letterkenny: Ballybe-Glenser?

I'm having trouble deciphering the townland in the attached death certificate from the registrar's district of Letterkenny. Is it Ballybe-Glenser and where would that be? Thanks.

I think it is Ballyboe Glencar.
