looking for help in deciphering a place name in Co Monaghan, possibly a Townland or Parish.

Perhaps it is meant to be Clontibret https://www.townlands.ie/monaghan/dartree/clones/clones-rural/clontibret/

I thought it might be Clontibret but wanted fresh eyes on it, possibly a misspelling by the registrar? Clontibret would be in the area i'm researching. :)
