The NSW BDM has recently made BDM look ups take much longer than necessary with the addition of the reCAPTCA impediment. I am not sure if it me or the poor quality grainy foreign photos that takes me so long to find the exact event date. Neil

I agree Neilhilt, it is annoying to have to go through the check process now, on every search, plus too many times to have to identify the grainy photos!
-
I have just tried a couple of searches and didn't have to check the photos, just tick the "I'm not a robot" box. :-\
-
Yep, it depends. Sometimes you get photo's every time you tick the box, it seems random. Annoying.

Yes, I came across this new 'hurdle' a few days ago. Not impressed at all.

Monday to Thursdays have not been so much of a problem with ticking the "I am not a robot" box working most of the time, but Fri, Sat, Sun whoa. I had up to 12 attempts several time today. Neil

I too have experienced the hurdles mentioned above.
Those who have been using the search site for many years will know it has always been fraught with hitches, glitches and obstacles for research.
Experience with this service has found that the only way for remedial action is ongoing "complaint" emails and repeated requests for improvement.
