It’s simply an error by Ancestry. The Berkshire volume that they are trying to cite is one of a series that also includes a similar volume listing Glamorganshire probate records.
Ancestry have muddled/misinterpreted the titles of many of the volumes in this particular series, incorrectly classing some of the entries as ‘Burials’ (as here). The full list of the volumes that they've used is here ...

In this case you can safely ignore the Glamorganshire reference. The will of John Horneblowe of Thatcham was proved in the Archdeaconry Court of Berkshire in 1559 and is calendared on this page (in the volume flagged up by Kay99 above) ...
