Title: PDF copy - Help

I'm not sure I'm posting in the right place.

I have recently ordered two death certificates and had a message to say one is ready.

I did everything they told me to do, entered the COL number etc and then it says click on view PDF button but I can't see one there.
What do the start date and end date refer to?

 ;D I just had the exact same problem ....duh! You have to separate the COL number from the date with a slash. It was a bit frustrating to say the least.

I've ordered and received oodles of pdf certs.
I have never yet entered a COL number in the search. I just put in a date range relating to roughly when the order was placed.

e.g. one was notified as being available to day, I put in a date range of 01 Nov to today which brings up any orders placed within the time frame.

Ladybird - Yes that was what I was doing wrong.  I've tried to make a mental note for next time !
