Title: Ancestry missing gallery

Has anyone else had a problem with Ancestry.
A week ago I had problems with Ancestry and on their recommendation cleared my cache.
Today I went on and although thumbnails are visible I cannot see anything in my gallery. Ancestry advise me to use Chrome, which I don't want to as it throws out my Mac, or clear my cache again.
I wonder if anyone else has had this?

It's an old browser problem, coupled with an old OS problem. New computer time me thinks
