This looks like Richard's baptism:
Richard Taylor, baptised on 19 April 1807 in Newborough, Staffordshire, to Richard & Sarah Taylor.
So you would like information on Richard's father, Richard Sr.?

Marriage - 18 January 1830 - Weston upon Trent
Richard Taylor, Bachelor and Ann Ward - neither signed the register. Marriage by Banns, and with the consent of parents, which suggests at least one of them may have been under age.

AddictSE7 has said that she would like information on Richard Sr.
Richard Jr. was the only child of Richard & Sarah to be baptised in Newborough, which makes me think they were only there for a short while.
There is an Elizabeth Taylor baptised in Newborough in 1821 to Charles and Ann, but the surname is quite common so this might be completely unrelated.

A Richard Taylor, of Hanbury, married a Sarah Cotton at Rolleston, 24 Apr 1804. Richard signed, Sarah x, witnessed by George Hanson & Elizabeth Bates. Sarah is transcribed as Mary on Find my Past, but definitely written as Sarah. Hanbury is only two miles from Newborough.

Interesting that the witnesses to the marriage of Richard Taylor & Ann Ward are a Thomas Hough and Harriet Barker (& a Thos Lester) on the 18th of Jan, and then the next entry is for the marriage of Thomas Hough & Harriet Barker, also married with consent of their parents, on the 13th Feb…?

Good Morning
Also in Hanbury
Joseph Taylor b c1766 not Staffordshire and his wife Mary born c 1786 not Staffordshire born
Could Joseph also have married at Rolleston Ann Mansfield 14.10.1788 ?
And then Mary Salt Barton under Under Needwood 30.6.1822 when he was of Doveridge
He died and left an Admin to wife Mary of Newborough in 1841
possible baptism at Rolleston 22.5.1763 s of Thomas and Elizabeth
Not sure how useful that is but he is in the same two parishes as Samuel Taylor senior.
