Hi all, im looking to find out more about the campbell family from west bromwich. I am also trying to find trace them back to scotland.
This is all the infomation I have for them so far. I am not sure where john and elizabeth were from but I have potential marriage john campbell and elizabeth silvester but i would need more info to confirm

She married john harris
5)Diana campbell b 1810 - d unknown
She married joseph simkins
6)Elizabeth campbell b 1815 - d 1890
She married Henry rollinson
7)John campbell b 1821 d unknown

I note the marriage you mention John Cambell, as transcribed and signed. To Elizabeth Silvester, signed X.
31 May 1796 Aston, St Peter and St Paul, Warwickshire, one witness was Tho’s Cambell, as signed.
It may be a consideration as there are none in Staffordshire, however there are 4 in Scotland in the 7 years before 1797;

I checked out the information on John Campbell and I think we found the right one John campbell
Baptised 16 Aug 1761 and was buried 16 Jan 1822.
I am just trying to find a marriage record for his parents thos (thomas) and Sarah

There only seems to be one sibling for John;
Elizabeth CAMPBELL bapt 26 Aug 1759 All Saints, Father THOMAS

There is also a SARAH Campbell buried there 28 Nov 1800 no age or info given.

This is the only likely marriage I can find.
Sarah Newey Marriage 26 Dec 1752 Birmingham, St Philip Thomas Camell.
