Title: Loyal Star of Hope Lodge Maclean, New South Wales, Australia
Post by: srp123au on Friday 19 August 22 12:00 BST (UK)
Hi
I had a relative who worked at this place as a sister. I am trying to understand what this place was. I can see it perhaps helped people who were ill and there was a religion involved perhaps. I can see it was an oddfellow place but don't quite understand what it is.
Anyway help appreciated.
Thanks

A 'sister' is a female member of the Oddfellows and so would not have worked at the Lodge.

Are you able to explain your information about this relative? The information that connects her to the lodge and what years?

Regards
